It has been a little over a year since we began our Customer Service Agreement with Vulcan. Pam Stumbo and I are very happy with the performance of your staff and, as a result, our equipment service calls were significantly reduced since Vulcan started servicing our equipment in all nine (9) buildings. Our total cost of operation is also less. The CSA has reduced complaints and made our jobs easier to perform.
